What can I say but, WOW.
We recently moved to a house with a pool and had no idea where to begin when it came to opening it. We message A.J. Pools and from the beginning they were always prompt in their responses.
When they did arrive on the schedule day they noticed there was a rip in the liner. He came back the following day with a patch to fix it up for us. We took the holiday weekend to fill up the water and let him know when we were ready for him to come back. He immediately did (the Sunday of the holiday) and finished up his work.
A.J. Pools Niagara was very knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and I would 100% recommend him and look forward to using him again.

We purchased a liner from another merchant... they pushed our install date and continued to give us false hope. One message to A.J. Pools and a date was set (within 14 days!), rate was better and the job was completed perfectly and on time! After many service calls from various Pool companies within the Niagara Region over the last few years (with mediocre results) - I can’t recommend A.J. Pools enough!
